The posting rhythms are a guide for typical use: how far your credits go depends on how much you use each feature. Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where it applies. A yearly plan costs the same as ten months on Starter and Regular, and eleven on Professional. Plans renew automatically at the same price each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for.
Not sure yet? Try it free for 14 days. The trial includes the Starter allowance, starts the first time you sign in to the app, and needs no card.
Credits pay for the thinking: every chat, test and review. They refill every week, and the rest of Ostrel never costs one.

Background features share a generous fair-use limit so one account cannot starve everyone else. When you run out of credits, AI features pause until the next reset; everything else keeps working.
Yes. There is no card to enter and nothing converts into a paid plan by itself. When the 14 days end, AI features pause until you choose a plan.
Who handles the payment?
Checkout is run by Stripe. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT for your country. Ostrel never sees or stores your card details.
How do I cancel?
From Plan and billing, in the app's Settings or on your account page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops renewing.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away and the price is adjusted for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for the year up front and get two months free on Starter and Regular, or one month free on Professional. Your credits still refill every week, exactly as on a monthly plan. You get an email reminder before each yearly renewal, and you can cancel any time to stop the next one.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries it over the next few days and the app lets you update your card. While a payment is outstanding, AI features pause; your data stays and posts you already scheduled still go out.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected; see the terms for the details, or email support@horrac.com if something went wrong.
What does first in line mean?
Some of Ostrel's work runs in the background: weekly Channel Report refreshes, competitor checks and scheduled posts going out. When more of it is due at once than Ostrel handles in one go, Professional accounts are handled first. Everyone else's work follows straight after, and a post due now is never held back for one scheduled later. It changes the order, not what your plan includes.
